Key Astrological Dates for February 2026

1st February 2026 – Full Moon in Leo:

We are starting the month off strong with the Leo Full Moon. Your heart energy is strong and you will need to take some time to look after it. Do more of what you love, surround yourself with people you love and remind yourself to see the joy in the little things. You don’t want to start the month off being extra grumpy.

3rd February 2026 – Uranus direct in Taurus:

Uranus finally ends it’s retrograde and resumes moving forward. This retrograde stalled change but that is now likely to open back up. Uranus will officially leave Taurus in a few months so this is a perfect time to make major changes with stability, security or financially. If you have kept your good karma topped up over the last 7 to 8 years, you are likely to reap the rewards very soon.

6th February 2026- Mercury enters Pisces:

Mercury moving into Pisces increases your creativity and imagination. You may also find yourself expressing your support for others. Mercury retrograde will soon begin in this sign so it is a good idea to get yourself prepared by allowing yourself time to rest and recharge after anything strenuous. Spending some time alone will be extra beneficial for you today.

9th February 2026- Last Quarter Moon in Scorpio:

This is a time for endings and releasing anything that is no longer serving you. Get to the core of any problem or situation. Releasing any negativity in a healthy way will prove empowering.

10th February 2026- Venus enters Pisces:

The ruler of love and relationships enters Pisces, the sensitive sign. This will make you more compassionate, understanding and empathetic. You will be willing to help those you care about and are likely to welcome in new connections that feel spiritual or even karmic.

13th February 2026- Saturn enters Aries:

Saturn officially enters Aries where it will stay until 2028! Saturn joins Neptune in Aries and this is part of a massive shift. You will have to learn how to be independent, how to lead and take initiative whilst being comfortable with your true self. If you have already done most of that, this will be an amazing period for growth and progress. If you haven’t, get ready for some hard internal work.

17th February 2026- Aquarius Solar Eclipse:

Our first Solar Eclipse for 2026 lands in Aquarius which marks a whole new eclipse set. This eclipse is a fantastic time to focus on the future, to hope and dream and pursue opportunities for positive change. This will serve not only yourself but people around you as a collective. Projects that are started now will be a focus for years to come. It is definitely out with the old and in with the new.

18th February 2026- Sun enters Pisces:

Pisces season begins and this month you will feel more intuitive, empathetic and compassionate. Make sure you take time this month to connect to your inner self and extend help to those who need it.

24th February 2026- First Quarter Moon in Gemini:

This moon phase indicates adjustments over the next week. These may seem bigger as it falls in the middle of the eclipses. Make adjustments to your plans and focus on your ideas in different ways. Be flexible and adaptable and ready to change plans at the drop of a hat.

26th February 2026- Mercury Retrograde in Pisces begins:

Everybody breathe! Mercury retrograde begins and will occur entirely in Pisces. As we know this phenomenon can be draining and may make you feel like you need to get away from demanding people and situations that suck the life out of you. More rest will be beneficial and it is likely that something karmic is swirling round. The next three weeks is a great time to release some karmic baggage or learn a karmic lesson. Once you do, you will feel a lot better and more connected to your higher self. Mercury will remain in retrograde until 20th March.

As you can see, February has a lot in store for us astrologically. Make sure you take time to rest and release any heavy energy that you are still carrying around. March looks a lot calmer – but be prepared for another eclipse!
